Multiplayer LAN games recommendation

Good afternoon

Apologies for a rather subjective and non-technical question

I work in a college and we have mac labs with 8-10 imacs (wired local network)

Being Christmas coming up I am looking for a game that I can install so the students can play multiplayer for a couple of lessons on the last day before xmas. Being a college I'm thinking racing rather than first person shooter as less violent

Im ideally looking for something off App Store that has decent LAN playability without in-app purchases or needing to advance single player mode to play a decent multiplayer game. I have Real Racing 2 already but I'm assuming needs advancing on each machine

ideally not to big a download (sub 5-6gb if possible) as needs to be installed on a few machines
