You can sync your Notes between your iOS devices by having the same iCloud account setup on both devices and Notes turned on, even if they both have slightly different iOS versions such as this:
You can write and edit notes by using the Notes app on iCloud.com from a Mac or Windows web browser. Changes you make are automatically pushed to your iOS devices and Mac computers where you set up iCloud for Notes. On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, changes are pushed to the Notes app. On your Mac, changes are pushed to Notes (or Mail in OS X v10.7.5). No matter which device you use to create and edit your notes, the changes are updated everywhere.
