I just updated my iPhone 6 to iOS 8.1.1 and I'm having the same issues. I typed in my AppleID and it was wrong. I have my passwords saved on a notepad file and I re-typed it. I double-checked to make sure it was correct and it was STILL wrong. I typed it a little more slowly and it was still wrong. I reset my AppleID and it locked up my phone. Now I'm ****** and can't unlock my phone. Help!

If you’re the device’s original owner, take it and its purchase receipt to a physical Apple Store.

If not, you need to contact either the person who is or the person who set the lock.
