Q: Charge macbook air from MPR charger ?

Hello,


Both macbooks have the same Magsafe 2 connector but MPR has 60W, Air has 45W. Can I use mpr charger to charge air ? (Is it safe for charger ?)

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10)

    Yes you can use use MPR charger.

    You would not use a 45W adapter with that computer; it would not provide enough power for that MacBook.
