Hello,

My company want us to include full signatures now, instead of the usual 'Sent from iPhone Joe Bloggs'. I found that if I copy and paste in a nice HTML signature the email is actually sent in HTML which is nice. (Before, with the simple signature, it sent new emails in plain text).

But it puts all the text in as Times New Roman. Is there a way in which we could change this? My company has particular style which we use for all our communications and we would like to keep that consistent with emails sent from iPhones too.

Is there an official or unofficial way to do this?

We are using iPhones 5S' with iOS 8.1, mail accounts are using Exchange Active Sync on Exchange 2010.

What you can do is like you said and copy the HTML signature you want to use.

The goto signature in your iPhone settings and Paste then "Shake" your device and you will see a Pop up asking to Undo Paste Attribute.

SElect Yes and your done.

This will keep all your colors and Fonts. Keep in mind that not All fonts are supported so you may need to try a few.

Thanks for that it actually worked.

The only problem I have now is that I cannot type into the top lines of the email otherwise it puts the font in Times New Roman (the signature is Arial). I have to type in the line directly above the signature.
