Q: Wifi slow in 10.10.1 mid 2010 MacBook Pro

I have a mid 2010 MacBook Pro with the RAM maxed out.  Yesterday I upgraded to Mavericks, including the update to 10.10.1, and ever since my WiFi is terrible.  Some sites are ok, but youtube, Facebook are like tar.  I saw one recommendation that I clear the systems folder and reboot, but that didn't do much of anything.

 

Suggestions?
