Is anyone having trouble getting Yahoo Mail through the Mail client (POP service)? Mine was working perfectly before the update, but now I get the following error:
ALERT
There may be a problem with the mail server or network. Verify the settings for account "Yahoo" or try again.
The server returned the error: The connection to the server "imap.mail.yahoo.com" on port 993 timed out.
Same experience. No mail received from two Yahoo accounts since installing 10.10.1 last night. Connection Doctor says "Mail was able to connect to the Internet." Then I get "Cannot send message using the server att.net. The att.net SMTP connection to server "smtp.mail.att.net" failed. This had been set up as an IMAP account. Could the patch have corrupted the setup?
I'm having the same problem!
Problem this morning, i.e. 11/18 prior to 11:30 EST, seems to have been a server issue with the front end at Yahoo. It has been working since 1:00 pm EST.

Find and click the service you want to check (i.e., Yahoo Mail) I always check this website first before launching into troubleshooting. It has kept me from spinning my wheels a number of times.

I'm still having the server issue with outgoing mail (Yahoo) since yesterday morning. It is now almost 8:00PM the next day and not fixed. I hope it gets fixed soon.
