Hi While, trying to open web site from safari, google chrome or firefox I am getting the error " Apache Tomcat/5.5.25 Error "
HTTP Status 404 - /ssssportal.war/fup_4m-8g-512k.jsp

Hi ..
It's the OS X, not just your browsers.
If your Mac is running v10.6.8 as your profile suggests, you will have problems opening websites.
You need to upgrade to a newer OS X. Apple no longer provides security updates for v10.6.8.
See if your Mac can run Yosemite v10.10 > Apple - OS X Yosemite - How to Upgrade

I tried to to connect to internet using my android phone, I did see the same error.
I restated the modem, now its working fine.
