Healthkit sync problem

I just got iPhone 6 and upgraded to IOS 8.1.1.

I started using Lifesum app and Runkeeper app for tracking my exercises and nutrition and managed to sync them with Health app. It worked fine for a couple of days. Then suddenly Health app lost all data and sync, I'm not even able to reset my information, for example, gender to the Health app. I got rid of the other apps and assembled them again to the phone. I rebooted the iPhone in the process. Tried this few times. Life sum app has settings for importing and exporting as has Health app. None of these are cooperative anymore 😟

What HAPPENED, it worked fine for a while? How can I reboot the Health app itself - it seems to be "confused". What should I try next? Is this problem being solved somewhere?

I have also other apps, FitBit and Whitlings Health app - is this too much to handle?
