The contact options depend upon why you want to contact Support - if calling isn't an option then you will need to use one of the options that does show e.g. email

If you aren't get the call option then it might not be available on the problem category that you chose, or possibly not available at all in Vietnam - you can only use the contact method(s) that's shown.
