After Upgrading to Yosemite i am experiencing this problem. I installed Java Runtime Environment 8u25 but it didn't fix the problem. Is there any way to fix this? Or to stop this from appearing on the screen ?

Install JRE SE 6. Java for OS X 2014-001. You can run it and SE 8 w/o any issues.
