Q: I seemed to have been charged 3 times for my storage plan

There are 2 items on my bank statement with iTunes, one of 79p and another for £1.59, which is double. How can I get in touch with someone to correct this

You can contact iCloud Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/contact/

But if the second amount is £1.59 then it's not double 79p - does anything show on your iTunes account's purchase history for that amount : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store ?

Actually it was £1.58. I think it looks as though they haven't been taking the payments out, I will wait and see, but I cannot access payment on my account.
