How to assign complete organ drawbar setting to a midi controller?

the far left 12 keys on my midi will act like the preset keys on a Hammond B3.

I'd like to be able to save a complete drawbar setting to a different midi button or even edit the existing settings that the midi keys are set for.

I Just don't understand how the 9 draw bars are controlled to move to each of their own setting by way of one midi click - whether keyboard or other controls.

Hope that makes sense.

OK, now some screenshots:

This is the Main page of the organ, in the lower part you see the preset edit area. In the middle, there's a slider called Morph. If you move that, the drawbar setting changes, it morphs thru the presets shown on the knobs.

Now, to remote control this go to this page:

In the lower mid, there are some controls for the Morph feature.

You can dial in, how far the morph should go with the Range pop-up, the rocker switch determines, whether the morph should be smooth or linear or stepped, like pressing the preset keys. With the MIDI controller pop-up, you can select, which MIDI continuous controller should be used for remote control.

In mainstage, you can create a screen control and map this to "Upper Morph" and assign an external controller to the screen control, That's the way MainStage works.

Hope this helps,

The preset key remote cool, since it works in every way like a Hammond Console. You can press and hold the lowest C for cancel, press a chord and play a preset key to make organ vocoder stuff.

However, what you like to have, seems to be there already. Just have a look at the preset edit page. That's on the main page go the organ UI. Press "Presets" on the lower right of the "Main" view to get there. In the middle, there's a control "Upper Morph". This blends all presets as you move it.

On the options page, you can set some options for the morphing. It can be stepped and you can assign a MIDI controller to it. In step mode, it's like the preset keys.

Thank you but I'm not finding many of the areas you refer to. I am using mainstage 3. I can get to a preset's edit page but from there I'm lost. Is there any way you could give more specific instructions as regards the below steps?

maybe if you can tell me what the main page is and from there where the organ ui is that may get me in the right direction. Thanks!

Many thanks again. I am getting there but another question or two.

I Don't know what it means "...which MIDI continuous controller should be used for remote control." I see the long list of numbers there but some are used already and many of those on my midi controller are not listed. Is the list not the midi controller C.C. set?

ALso will it be easy to map 'upper morph' to s screen controller? I understand the most basic of mapping but not sure I'd be able to find 'upper morph' once I have a screen control selected.

FInally if if I get this all figured out what does one screen control do to the upper morph action? Do I need to use a knob-type control to change the linear or stepped motions?

i really appreciate the info so far. Can't find where in the apple manuals or any online training that covers this deep down stuff For the novice like me.
