How Do You Turn Off "Radio"

1. Open the Music App, then tap on More (...) in the bottom menu.
2. Tap Edit (upper right)
3. Drag the icons to reorganize the tabs replacing Radio with one of the other functions. Make sure to place the one you most often use to the far left.

In addition to the More button, you are also missing the Genius icon.

There have been other instances where people see the dots, then they go away, then they come back.

I do know, on my iPod, if I rearrange the icons I can remove the radio one from view, keeping the radio from popping up
