Also i am not able to configure my iPhone since apple had added this feature through FaceTime which is not available on my phone due to country restriction
Is there a solution other than selling the phone ?

AAll the requirement are met however my only issue I that I don't have FaceTime on my iPhone 6
I missed that. It seems you are out of luck since FT is not on your phone and FT is needed for that feature to work.
Apple is fooling us. i bought 2 iPhones from same store one came with FT and one without! so i cant us the hand off feature before doom days

From what store in what country did you purchase both iPhones?
What did the store say when you contacted them about the problem?
If the store was not an Apple authorized iPhone retailer, the iPhones were
grey market and one original came from a location where FaceTime was
allowed and the other came from an area where FaceTime is prohibited.
Apple does not sell ANY phones with FaceTime in countries where it is banned. You most likely bought it from an unauthorized source, and it's most likely a "gray market" phone that has no local warranty from Apple.
