your iPhone is not configured to allow calls using MAC

I am not able to make phone calls through my Macbook " your iPhone is not configured to allow calls using MAC "

Also i am not able to configure my iPhone since apple had added this feature through FaceTime which is not available on my phone due to country restriction

Is there a solution other than selling the phone ?

From what store in what country did you purchase both iPhones?

What did the store say when you contacted them about the problem?

If the store was not an Apple authorized iPhone retailer, the iPhones were

grey market and one original came from a location where FaceTime was

allowed and the other came from an area where FaceTime is prohibited.
