cannot sync iCal with Sony ericsson P910

the device is well set up and works properly
the contcats sync well with the apple address book but the calendar does not. always gives the following message:

P910i] There was an error getting data from the phone. The synchronization may have been cancelled on the phone.
Device "P910i" synchronization failed

any one that can help???
