Q: Issues with World Clock widget in Notification Center

The widget is inconsistent when showing the correct time for foreign locations. Right now it's showing the time in Perth as 5pm when it's actually 5am. The times in London and Paris are correct. Is anyone else having this issue?

Mac Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.1)

I don't even see AM or PM in the World Clock -- only an analog 12-hour dial.  It's not adequate.  A world clock ought to display either AM/PM or 24-hour time (should be a configurable preference) and also the date.

I believe that the clock face is colored white from 06:00 to 18:00, and black from 18:00 to 06:00. I agree that AM/PM or configurable digital would be much more useful.

I ditched Apple's Notification Center's World Clock completely because it is just not fit for purpose. Why is so hard for Apple to understand most of the civilised world uses the 24 hr system and for good reason? If they want to keep an analgue face simply add 12 hours to the numerals post meridian (with the exception of 12 of course, which should switch to zero post 13.00).

Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for improvement. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner.
