Q: what if someone has change your id and has lock your for you have been using for almost to years

my apple ID has been hack, because of that i can't have access to my pervious ID and the fellow has also lock my phone as well

iPhone 4S, iOS 8.0.2

    Apple has had issues with Apple ID duplication when they did not check all extensions so it may be that someone else has your same id but under .mac.com or .mail.me.com.

     

    You have to contact apple support to have them clear up the problem.
