- Find the app and choose Download. You'll see a message telling you if a compatible version is available. Tap Confirm to install this version.
If a compatible version isn't available, you can try contacting the app developer. Look for contact information on the app's product page in the App Store or Mac App Store.

Thank you my friend,but is there a way to roll back viber on ios 7.1.2?Because your solution includes ios roll back too..?
It's not officially supported to downgrade the iOS software, however if you have an older version of the app in your iTunes library for example you can always sync it to your device.
