Q: iPhone not turning on After update
Hi everyone, I have an iPhone 5. A few days ago I received the notification that a new version of iOS came out (8.1.1). I didn't have the time to deal with it then so I waited till tonight. I stalled the update and then it stopped. I see the white apple that comes up on the screen. It eventually goes away and hitting the sleep button brings it back after holding it fora few seconds. After 30 minutes of just letting it go, I decided to look up how to fix it. I found the factory reset band treid that but again all that happens is that the white apple appears for a while then the screen turns off. gave it another 30 minutes and tried it again. It has now been an hour and 45 minutes and i still do not have the update on my phone and worst of all I cannot even turn on my phone. Any advice because to me it seems like that installing the update (not downloading) takes well over an hour or something majorly went wrong. I also tried plugging it into my computer with iTunes but it doesn't even recognize the phone (probably because its not turned on completely). Please Help
iPhone 5, iOS 8.1, Installing 8.
