You don't. The apps are tied to the Apple ID and password used to download/purchase them. Without the password, you cannot update it.

i know that but i buy this one from friends and she have iphoto need update but i dont have her password and she gone cant find or cotact her ..what can i do?
Delete the App and re-download it with your Apple ID.
