Screen resolution using paralells

Any suggestions for the poor screen resolution when using a new Yosemite MBP,Cinema screen & Parallels?

Sadly we have to run 'Parallels' and Windoze 7 to run SAGE accounting package, put the screen resolution is so poor it gives me headache to read it, I've tried adjusting the screen resolution & text size in Windoze, and it gives a So So screen, but its far from ideal
