how can i sign out the other icloud account on my iphone? it appeared automatically. please help me. I cant even update or download any apps.

Settings - iCloud - Log out & Log in with your data.

Thank you for noticing my question. But how can I log out it? I don't know its password, the account is not mine, it just appeared on my phone. I don't know where it came from. I can't even reset it now. Sigh.
Did you buy this phone new or used?
I bought it new, the thing is I updated its IOS to 8 then that's the time it's messing up my icloud account. It was changed to other username.
Do you recognize this other username?
