iPhone 6 dust behind the screen even with protection

Good evening,

Only 10 days after I bought my new iPhone 6 - Gray space - 16 GB, with a tempered glass protection (perfectly set, no bubbles, no dust between the tempered glass protection and the iPhone screen), plus a plastic cover around the phone, I realised, this afternoon that a particle of dust appeared all of a sudden on the middle of the screen, about 5mm long... impossible to remove....

As it can not appear between the tempered protection and the screen after 10 days (in my opinion), I can imagine that it is below the iPhone 6 screen, and it seems like it already happen to other iPhone 6 users...

Any tips to remove this dust ?

Thanks a lot!

You would need to remove the screen protector to determine if the dust is under the protector or under the iPhone screen itself. If it's under the protector that solves your problem, but putting one back on is usually not very effective. If it's under the screen, you take the phone to your Apple Genius Bar and they'll likely replace it. But you'll have to make 100% sure it isn't under the protector first. Yes, you'll likely ruin the screen protector, but then you're going to lose it if Apple replaced the phone, so you have nothing to lose in reality.

Thanks for the help...

How to properly remove the protection without making any damages to the phone? Cause this is a new protection and the glue must be very sticky to the screen...

How to know the area of warranty ? As I am travelling a lot, it is very difficult for me to return to the store where I bought my iPhone 6... But the phone seller told me that the warranty was by zone (here is south east asia), and it depends on a number behind the phone... Is that true? Will they change the phone directly if the dust is under the screen, or will I have to wait few days before picking up my new phone?

Thank you

I don't know what type of screen protector you have, but just pull it off. It won't damage the screen. As to warranty, iPhone warranty is not International. The phone can only be serviced or replaced in the country you purchased it. It doesn't matter what Apple Store in your country you go, but it does have to be in the country where you purchased the phone.

Hope this helps.
