Iphone 5 Screen Glitch after update

Greetings,

Looking for a little help with a problem with my Iphone 5.

After updating to the IOS 8.1.1, I have now began to experience screen glitching. Doesn't matter what I'm doing one second I opening an app or the device its self, then boom it stops and glitches the screen and crashes to screens like this...

A recent video that happen.. (I'll get 4-5 glitches in a row when trying to use it. About 15-20 a day.)

Tried a factory reset then restore..
