Contact Wacom and find out if/when they will be releasing updated drivers for it. It's up to the manufacturer to do so, not Apple.
Latest version of driver is 7 Nov 14, wacomtablet _6.3.10w2 supposedly good thru new iOS 10.10.1 but after restarting computer says it is a 'mismatch' and to reinstall.......
And have you tried re-installing it? If it's still not working, contact Wacom.
I have this same issue with the wacom intuos pro I JUST got today. I've tried everything and still have not hear back from Wacom. If I do I'll come back here
Same here with Intuio2.
Error message says 'version mismatch' and it seem like minor thing to patch...

Contacted Wacom TECHNICAL and no problem once I went thru process of properly uninstalling previous driver and history in wacom utility in application, then installing the latest driver for the tablet...restart. Worked perfectly. WACOM VERY HELPFUL but Apple might pose the question re reinstalling drivers and it would have been solved.....I don't have to do this more than once every 3 or 4 years and I forget these things at my age 70.:) Thanks for help. I have the Intuos3 and after spending 2 hours scouring message boards for help to install the newest driver, this is what worked for me:
DO NOT install the latest driver
DO install the one before it: Driver 6.3.10-w2 for Mac OS X v. 10.8, 10.9 & 10.10 (6 Nov 2014 release)
Once installed, go to: app > Wacom > Wacom Tablet Utility > Remove Tablet Software (to get rid of the old driver)
Once removed, reinstall 6.3.10w2
How Wacom helped me install driver on my Intuos Pro PTH.
I phoned Wacom and got a tech on the phone immediately 🙂
Go to the Legacy Driver link and select the proper table and operating system.
Download 6.3.10
You must use the Wacom Utility to remove all files before installing 6.3.10
If you do not have the Wacom Utility, you need to install 6.3.10 to get the utility and follow these steps through utility:
1. Remove PREFERENCES (select ALL USERS) and wait for the log to say "Done."
2. Remove SOFTWARE.
*** ONLY install 6.3.10 - DO NOT INSTALL 6.3.11.
*** 6.3.12 will be a good release.
