iPhone 6 won't connect to App Store

This did not work for me. Still have the same problem. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the info but this solution did not resolve the issue for me:

Did soft reboot and hard reboot of the phone multiple times plus followed your exact instructions without resolving the problem.

I CAN ACCESS ITUNES BUT NOT THE APP STORE.

Is anyone at Apple able to offer a solution?

Hi,

This method resolves the issue.

1.) Reset the Network setting under general settings in setting.

2.) Open iTunes and app store under setting.

3.) Log out your id and re login.

4.) Now open the app store and it should work

Hi the wifi is greyed out so cannot connect to wife I can use mobile data but it's not letting me connect to App Store to download apps
