How to restore default mouse cursor on OS X Mavericks?

I changed some settings on my OS X Mavericks and now I have weird mouse cursor which is overlayed by arrow (hand with arrow). How can I restore my default cursor style and behavior?

MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2014), OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)

Hi Alex,

Welcome to the Support Communities! You can adjust your mouse settings in System Preferences.

If you have a Time Machine backup, you could restore your settings by choosing a date before you made your changes.
