How do i reset my time capsule without losing my data that is backed up. After i had a hard drive to fail and had to put a new one in

To perform a Factory Default Reset on the Time Capsule......
Power off the Time Capsule
Wait a few minutes
Hold in the reset button first, then keep holding it in for another 10 seconds while you simultaneously plug the power back into the Time Capsule
Release the reset button after the hold period, and allow a full minute for the Time Capsule to restart to a slow, blinking amber light status
This operation only affects the network settings on the Time Capsule and returns them back to default settings.
It will not affect any of the data on the Time Capsule hard drive.
