iTunesApplications/Utilities/Keychain Access is the keychain.

That's the app that one uses to control, fix, add, delete, etc. keychain info. The keychain database is the login.keychain file resident in /Users/username/Library/Keychains/.

Thank you all for the advice! I had actually done a lot of research on this - I had looked at that link for the local access which is where it was identifying to delete the "login" keychain and then when you restart a new one will appear. I have restarted the Mac and there is no new "login" keychain. Checked the library both before and after.
Any other things you can think of?
