Do you want the application "EEventManager.app" to accept incoming network connection?

After I updated to Yosemite every time I reboot I get the message 'Do you want the application "EEventManager.app" to accept incoming network connection?'. No matter which option I choose it still asks every time. What is the "EEventManager.app" and what does it do? How do I stop the message box from appearing?
