How can I use 4k UHD tv as Mac mini monitor?

i have 40 inch 4k UHD TV and I would like to use this TV as big monitor. Is it possible? If yes then how can I do that??

Mac mini, OS X Yosemite (10.10.1), Intel iris display

Assuminh yo have the 2014 Mac Mini then yes but you only get 30 Hz
