iPad3 A1430 - 3G / 4G confusion??????

Hi all, can ANYONE please help me...

i have just purchased an iPad 3 (A1430) via ebay which is open to ALL networks but i dont know if i can insert a 4G simcard..

really simply question... how do i tell??
