How to turn off auto credit-card and passwords?

I'm running Yosemite on my iMac. The system has saved many passwords to websites I visit (like online retailers) and my credit card info and PayPal account info. So this info fills in automatically when I need it , which is great when I am personally using my computer and don't want to have to remember these details. But tomorrow I have to take my iMac in for service and I believe they'll need to keep it at least overnight, if not longer. I don't want the repair people being able to just use/see my account numbers and such automatically. How do I turn off this auto-fill-in feature so my personal info doesn't fill in automatically if someone goes to a site like PayPal or Amazon? Can I disable it temporarily, so that I can turn it back on after I get the computer back - without having to permanently delete it all? Thanks!

Thanks Eric,

Your reply did help me understand where that Safari saves that info (not the system). But it still appears that there's no way for me to securely turn off the autofill option (i.e. - so that a password is required to turn it back on). If I disable autofill in Safari's preferences, all someone has to do if they have my computer is go into preferences and turn it back on. Of course I can delete all of the saved data, but then I have to try and remember all the passwords. And from what I can see, Apple/Safari give me no option to backup the autofill data or password protect it so someone else can't just turn it back on. Correct?

Go to "System Preferences" > "iCloud". Is "Keychain" checked?

If keychain is checked, then click "Options" at the right of "Keychain". Verify that there is a VALID verification number listed. If there is, click "Cancel" and uncheck the "Keychain" option. You will see a prompt that allows you to delete all password and credit cards from your Mac.

If I were you I would uncheck every option, then "Sign Out" at the bottom left.

When you get your computer back, you can log in, sign in again. Your data will sync again automatically.

Note: make sure your password to log into your Mac is different than your iTunes account.

If keychain is not checked, then there will be a longer process, to make sure you don't lose your data, but it is possible.
