Every now and then my Spotligh-Search stops working completely, giving neither Apps nor mails or anything.
All Options are set right and if i restart the phone Spotlight does its job right for some time like one day or so until it stops again .
I am using an iPhone 5s on ios 8.1.1 in german language.

I had the same issue and a simple reset returned Spotlight functionality.
You can reset your iPhone by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears. Try Spotlight again to verify it works.
Yes, surely that works, like I said, a restart also works... Buy some time after the restart the bug returns... Now I did the reset, let's see if it still returns...
