Battery drain when making phone call normal?

I never really noticed this but I was on a call (normal wireless call) for about 13 minutes and I noticed my battery went from 96% to about 85%. I was not using any apps and I have disabled most push notifications and other background apps.

Should the battery really drain that fast?
