Hi,
I performed Apple Hardware Test (AHT) on my iMac 27 inches 3.1GHz Intel Core i5 with 8GB DDR3 Ram, and it resulted the 4MOT/4/40000003: HDD- 1349 error.
Can someone help me find solution to this error? And maybe some solutions?
Searching online I found that 4MOT is a Fan motor error, but I can't understand the second part of the error.

It could be the fan sensor or the fan itself, take the machine into an Apple Store to be professionally diagnosed, there is no charge for that. Either that or take it to an AASP to be looked at.
Your hard drive is failing and needs to be replaced. If you don't have one you should make a backup before it fails completely.

My Mac 21.5 is the same error code, what are the symptoms and problems that you have noticed in your Mac?
Here the lock screen and only the mouse moves, the machine restarts itself.
IT means take it in for repair today!!!!!!!
