Q: I'm not receiving any message asking me to approve my child's iTunes purchases?

when my child selects "ask" after trying to purchase an app in iTunes - nothing happens. Consequently I have been switching off the ask to buy feature whilst they download whatever free game they are trying to buy... which is far from ideal?
