I can't get my HP 1315.xi all-in-one printer/scanner to scan with the latest updates:
OSX 10.10.1 and HP Printer Software Version 3.0
In Preview, the command "File / Import from scanner" is grey.

Why is "Scanning support: No" ??? Scanning from my printer (hp psc 1315xi) worked until I updated to OS X 10.10.1.
How can I get scanning from the printer to work?
