I have problem with iCloud can u explain the e-mail is the same is the password as the password of my account in iPad ? And how I can get my photos back ?

You can't increase the amount of storage on your actual iPad, you can't change an iPad's hardware - iCloud is used for your backups e.g. backing up your documents, files, photos etc., (so if you need to do a restore you won't lose everything). The amount of free space that you currently have on your iPad is shown in Settings > General > About > Available

Most people will use the same account for Settings > iCloud as they do for the stores (e.g. the same id that you are logged in with in Settings > iTunes & App Stores) in which case yes, the account id and password will be the same - so if you change your account's password then the new password will apply to both the stores and for iCloud.

If you want to free up some space on your iPad then you could copy films, tv shows etc that you currently have on your iPad over to your computer's iTunes library via the File > Devices > Transfer Purchases menu option - you could then delete them from your iPad. Films and TV shows can also potentially be redownloaded from the store, but there is no guarantee that any item will remain in the store store for future redownloading (the content providers occasionally remove their items), so you should take your own copy of your downloads and not rely on being able to redownload them.

When traveling light (no laptop, etc) with my camera I try to save images as easy as possible from my phone and pad as I go using the method described by king_penguin by using Apple's iCloud & Apple's Camera Connection Kit.

If you run out of "pre-purchased" or "free" space as I have, using Flickr to store images is a good backup solution. This is very easy if you are near a WiFi spot to Select an image(s) in photos and send it to your account at Flickr.

They give you some free space to use at no charge even if not fully used it is setup and waiting when needed. When I return from travel provided I have not misplaced any camera cards, phones or the iPad I can immediately view my images.

Aside from Apples iCloud, Dropbox is another method to "keep eggs in more than one basket". Within the dropbox app on your iPad you can select your files, images etc on the go when connected to WiFi and store them there.

I should mention when you learn about iCloud you will notice it is the easiest to use but at the same time as I have discovered you might need extra storage space when you least expect it. iCloud gives you 5GB free / complementary storage which is generous plus free space from both Dropbox & Flickr (both apps found in the app store) it works for me.

Upon return from travel I download everything to hard drives at home and clean up.
