I'm not sure incident happened in rehab! Y U ask though, they got me a new mid 2012 model but I still like the features in the way my stolen mac look's better!

From your first post I couldn't tell where the incident occurred and I was only thinking of how you may recover the cost (value) of your loss. I can understand your feelings if what you have been given is not what you lost.

I like your attitude, but in this case it is a bit too late... you'd have to convince whomever stole it to enable it on the stolen one.
I suppose, they might sell it & the purchaser might enable it... so I guess there is a slim, slim chance.

Yea that's what I figured; but I don't know who took it & I registered it serial after it was stolen with box!
Hopefully somebody takes it in for service & you reported it stolen at Apple at least.

Yea I hope so right! I also found this device locator that allow's U to find it even if the mac's powered off; So like it's last location here were it was stolen. The only thing is too use this app U need an iPhone too use & I currently don't have one; So yea got too get 4s version I want!
