my mac waking up by itself

after upgrading to os x 10.10.1 my mac started to waking up by itself after i send them to sleep. It happens nearly every two hours. I don't have any other apple device in the LAN, and i turn off waking up ethernet at the energy saver settings. How can i stop waking up ?

Mac Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.1)

How can i describe who wakes up my mac and how can i turn it off ? I turn off the mouse every night, no other devices in the LAN are working. But my wakes up!
