Print without page numbers?

Hi there,

when printing, Numbers (3.5. 2109) automatically adds page numbers to the sheets. I can't figure out how to deactivate this; and I do not know how to style those page numbers. By default it seems to be Helvetica, 12pt.

Anybody can help?

Thanks a lot!

Cheers

"how about not displaying page number in all pages (say 30 pages) ?"

The replies above show page numbers entered into the Page Footers using the Insert > Page number menu item. Information included in Page Footers (and in Page Headers) repeats on each page of the printed document.

If you do not insert the Page number in a Footer or Header, then no page number will be printed on each page.

If you select and delete the page number (generated by the Page number function), the page numbers will be deleted from all pages.

Barry

Hi max.applesupport;

  • Invoke Print Setup panel pressing Command+P keys.
  • In the print preview of the sheet, scroll the page to view the footer area (if not displayed whole page) where the page number is displayed in the middle of the footer section.
  • Select the page number and we can change the style as we needed now.
  • Delete the number, if not needed to be displayed in the print out.
