The password-recovery website is not working. It says Apple sent me a link to do that to my email address, but they did not.

The password-recovery website is not working. It says Apple has sent me a link to do that to my email address, but they did not. I've tried this several times with no luck. So I cannot recover my password.

If you have a rescue email address on your account then you've checked the inbox and spam folder on that account as well, and you can't reset your password by answering your security questions on http://iforgot.apple.com ?

You can try contacting Support in your country, after confirming your id and that it's your account they should be able to reset your password.

Contacting Apple about account security : http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT5699

If your country isn't on that page then try this form and explain and see what they reply with : https://ssl.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
