The problem is annoying, I tried to turn it of from the application, and also from safari, but I still can't watch the videos from facebook, I also tried to turn it off from the youtube page when I got the "can't watch this video while safety mode is on" but still getting the same msg every time, how to disable it for good on my iOS devices?

You said you tried from Safari. Do you mean on your iPad? Or on your computer? I believe that you have to change the settings through a desktop browser. If you continue to have problems, you should check out YouTube's help pages. Best of luck.
Tried to turn it off from safari on ipad, when I turned it off, I didn't need my account details, just turned it off, even when I tried to turn it off on the opened youtube link in the facebook, I turned it off from there, but when I go back and try again, the settings go back to "on". in youtube's help pages nothing mentioned regarding opening a youtube link from application.
