Apple website instruction for auto-subscription not applicable for OS X Yosemite?

I try to follow apple website instruction regarding how to manage my auto-renewing subscription. However the website seems outdated/not applicable for newest OS X Yosemite. Thus I missed out the deadline for the last day and got charged... 😢 Pls refund.
