I made an order on your site. Case is not delivered, the status - the refusal of the buyer. It's a lie! I was contacted by representatives from shipping and promised to deliver the case, but did not deliver the goods.
I also expect delivery of my iphone, which I also ordered on your site. At the moment, the status - in processing. I ordered it along with cover. Now I was very worried about whether his dostavyat within the specified period.
All attempts to contact Apple Russia, on the phone listed on the site: 8 800 333 5173 and 8 495 580 9557 have not been successful. I listened to music in the amount of about 4,5 hour and did not wait for an agent answered.
Placing an order on your website, I was expecting the same quality of service as well as your products. But this did not happen.

nobody is answer by all Russian officials numbers. I was waiting 4,5 hour today (Wednesda) from 9am to 13:30pm. How it's possible.
i Have a mail, that said that if I don't call to Apple the cancel my order, but it's impossible. I think its happens, because apply rise the prices, but I order the phone by older price.
