Since updating to 7.0.2 the movie genres option doesn't seem to work.
How do I select movies to rent or buy if I can't browse the genres?
I was just searching regarding this issue. When I select genres on AppleTV I get a message saying the selected item isn't available in the UK iTunes store. So useless. Has been like this for quite some time now. Anyone got any ideas? I just updated the AppleTV firmware and that didn't help.

I've sent an email to Apple Support so will report back when I get a response.
I have this issue too in Australia, just from today, worked fine until now.
Apple Support's response was to restart my router and Apple TV.
Unfortunately this has not solved the problem.
Movie genres still not working for me here in UK.
I guess we will have to wait for a fix at Apple's end.
That's pretty pathetic of them. As if one wouldn't try that anyway. I did also and it made no difference.

It's been broken for quite some time now.
I am also having that problem with genres not coming up. Living in Stockholm, Sweden.
It's so useless because you can't even search for content to watch i.e. they are losing money as a direct result
Ok some of it is working but not all :(comedy , Horror , Music , Romance , Sci Fi are but a few not working ???
It might be better to list those that aren't working, because I can't find any that aren't and I am in the UK also.
