Q: Cant remember Apple ID.

I've forgotten my Apple ID. I cant set up my old iPhone 4 because it's asking for it. I've been searching and trying things for hours now. Any ideas on how to recover it?

Thanks, I've already tried that though and it just takes me through and asks me to reset my password. I can remember the password, the problem is I can't remember the email address I registered the phone with because it hasn't been used in so long.

Um, no. https://iforgot.apple.com will allow you to reset the password. https://iforgot.apple.com/appleid will allow you to attempt to recover the Apple ID itself by providing identifying information.

I had already tried that. Gave it another couple of goes there but still doesn't seem to be working. Thank you though

If that's not doing it for you, then you will have to call Apple and speak to someone in account security.
