iTunes could not backup the iphone because a session could not be started with the Iphone

Hi, I'm trying to back up my iphone 5s to my itunes but i failed since yesterday. It shows that "itunes could not bacup the iphone because a session could not be started with the iphone. I tried everything that I can but there's still no solution about this. I've tried to restart my iphone, reinstall my itunes but this problem still exist. Is it any probability this error cause by new windows update few days ago? because the windows update few days a go caused google chrome could not be start up. Is there anyone can help with my issue?

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.1

I understand that you are receiving an error when attempting to backup your iPhone. I also see you have tried some troubleshooting steps with the issue persisting. There are just a couple more that I could recommend in the article below.

Hi Jason,

Thanks for reply, i've viewed this before, I tried everything out except for back up with another computer. Unfortunately I've only one laptop so there's no other computer for me to try and also it will be inconvenient if I back up in someone's laptop. I'm waiting for new iTunes version to release and try it again. 😟
